Shipping Policy

Due to high volume with UPS and USPS some online orders may experience shipping delays. All delivery dates are estimates only.

Express orders (USPS 3-day, 2-day and Next day) placed before 12:00PM EST are shipped the same day - if order is placed Monday through Friday. If order is received after 12:00PM EST, it may not be shipped until the following business day. Domestic Grounds orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). When Free Shipping Codes are used, orders will be shipped via UPS ground or USPS Ground only.

Orders are only shipped Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).

In the event of a Back Order or Pre-Order, your order may be fulfilled in two separate shipments. Subsequent shipments after the first shipment will be shipped via regular ground service. All additional expenses will be covered by Extremeairsoftri.com. Your credit card is charged for the full order amount at the time of order placement.

Once an order is placed, the order cannot be modified. You may submit a request for a return after the order is delivered. If you need to update your shipping address or shipping method after your order is placed, please call us immediately at (401) 789-1987, Monday through Friday, from 9:30AM-4:30PM (EST). Online order returns and cancellations may be subject to 10% restocking fee.

If any orders are returned due to insufficient or incorrect address provided by the customer, shipping charges will not be refunded in the event that an order can not be delivered. Additional shipping charges may be applied.

Shipping Restrictions:

It's up to you to know the laws in your city and state where you plan to use the item. Please be aware that you are responsible for obtaining the proper permits (if applicable) to own and use restricted items in your area. Extreme Airsoft will not be liable for any violations of State or Local laws regarding restricted items.
