Refund Policy
DAMAGES UPON ARRIVAL. You must contact the carrier to submit a claim if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged. Extreme Airsoft is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages, nor will it refund any shipping, processing, taxes, or return fees.
EXCHANGES. You may exchange an item if it is unused, unworn, and unopened within 7 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for all shipping associated with an exchange.
RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT. All items carry a 7 day return period. You may return an item for merchandise credit if the item is unused, unworn, and unopened and in its original packaging within 7 days. All returns will be honored with store credit NO CASH REFUNDS. Store credit will be less original shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee will apply.
All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.
